Have you ever been arrested in Broward County?
Want to know if you qualify to have your record sealed or expunged?
If you were charged with a crime in Broward County and the case did not result in a conviction you may be eligible to have a single arrest record sealed or expunged*.
We invite you to attend this “one-stop” workshop where we will provide our services to you at no cost, help answer questions and determine if you qualify to have your record sealed or expunged. If you qualify our staff on-site will help you prepare the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Application for Certification of Eligibility and gather all of the necessary documents that must be submitted with your application.
This event is FREE, however, please note that when mailing your completed application to
FDLE they require a $75.00 processing fee.
